Loup Loup Falls interrogation site is located at approximately rkm 4.5 on Loup Loup Creek, which enters the Okanogan River at rkm 28. The site is installed above a historical falls barrier which was removed in summer of 2023. It consists of a single 10 foot HDPE litz wire antenna installed in pass-over orientation that spans the wetted width at base flows and operated by a Biomark IS-1001 12 volt reader board. Power is provided by a single 100 watt solar panel connected to a 20 Amp Renogy Rover controller and two 100 Ah 12 volt batteries. The site operates seasonally from early March through November and requires manual downloads.
