Configuration

Configuration metadata includes details about the equipment used at the site to detect and record PIT tags. A new configuration sequence record is created when equipment is added or removed from the site and the period of time it was active. A configuration sequence without an End Date is currently active.

Event Log Summary

Event Date Event Type Comments
9/16/2019 2:38:00 PM General Antennas #1 and #2 ran up until 09/29/2019 when study ended and the site was decommissioned. All data were uploaded and all down times accounted for.
1/1/2019 2:37:00 PM General All data and downtime accounted for in 2018.
11/24/2018 2:26:00 PM General Antenna # 3 no longer operational. Running only antennas #1 and #2 moving forward
4/4/2018 2:24:00 PM General Antenna # 4 no longer operational. Site was running with antennas 1, 2, and 3 moving forward.
1/1/2018 8:02:00 AM General All data have been uploaded and downtime has been accounted for the TCM site in 2017.
8/3/2017 8:02:00 AM General Antenna # 1 not functioning from 01/30/17 to 08/03/17 due to cable "pig tail" severed during high flow event . Willamette backwater rendered this unfixable till summertime.
1/1/2017 1:01:00 PM General All data have been uploaded and all downtimes have been documented for the year 2016.
10/27/2016 1:01:00 PM General Antenna # 3 was not in operation from 10/14/2016 to 10/27/2016 (cable was severed after a high flow event).
2/22/2016 1:01:00 PM General On 01/01/2016 the only functioning antenna at the mouth of Tryon Creek was antenna #2 (A2) (passover). On 02/02/2016 replacements for A1 and A3 were installed. On 02/22/2016 a replacement for A4 was installed, completing the Tryon PIT site.
12/31/2015 1:28:00 PM General All data were uploaded and all down times are accounted for.
1/6/2015 1:18:00 PM General Data were lost from 12/30/2014 to 01/06/2015 14:34:49 due to unique not being turned on (resulting in the buffer writing over data).
12/31/2014 7:44:00 AM General All data were uploaded. All down times were accounted for.
12/31/2014 7:38:00 AM General No data are available for 12/31/2014 and the latter half of 12/30/2014 due to unique delay not being turned on and the buffer filling up.
10/6/2014 4:15:43 PM General Registered new interrogation site TCM in PTAGIS.
9/10/2014 7:38:00 AM General Replaced Antenna #2 09/10/2014. Both antennas are reading excellent now, all the way through with less than 5% noise.
8/21/2014 7:38:00 AM General Due to low detectability and high noise, Antenna #1 was replaced. It is now reading 12 mm tags completely through and noise problems have been eliminated.
2/25/2014 7:38:00 AM General Antenna 1 was unplugged and not operating due to a high flow event, from 02/14/2014 to 02/25/2014.
2/11/2014 7:44:00 AM General Antennas have been reading intermittently and poorly due to power, cable length and noise issues. As of 02/11/2014 after resolving some of these issues, both antennas are operational.
