WR3 is a two array in-stream detection system located in the Wallowa River at approximately river rkm 61. A Biomark IS1001 Master Controller with two pex antennas each an IS1001 span the entire river. WR3 was installed on July 16th, 2025, and is operated by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife East Region Fish Research program. The site is grid-powered and data are remotely uploaded via cellular modem.
