PTAGIS will be performing system maintenance on Friday, January 31, 2020, starting at 6:00am PST. This critical server maintenance will affect data loading and FTP access. The maintenance period is expected to extend through close of business.
The following services will be unavailable after 6am on Friday:
- P4 file submissions
- interrogation data file processing
- downloading or viewing raw data files
- downloading Advanced Reporting subscriptions from the FTP site
- downloading data extract files
Data Submissions
If you try to submit data from P4 (or via the API), you will receive an error message and you will need to submit the file later. Interrogation data files submitted via email will still be accepted, but they will not be processed. They will be queued up and processed when the maintenance has been completed. Data files submitted from Minimon or M4 will not be accepted and will need to be submitted after the maintenance has been completed.
Raw Data File Downloads
Raw interrogation and tagging data files will not be available to view or download during the maintenance period, either via the FTP site or through the raw data file browser.
Advanced Reporting Subscriptions Downloads
Advanced Reporting subscriptions which you receive through email will continue to run and you should still receive them via email. Subscriptions scheduled to be saved to the PTAGIS FTP site will not be available during the maintenance period and will not run if scheduled to run during the maintenance period.
Data Extract Downloads
The daily data extract files for January 31 will be processed at the normal time, starting at 2am, and will be available before and after the maintenance period.
Website and Reporting System
Except for the items described above, the PTAGIS website and reporting system will be available to use during the maintenance period, with the limitation that no new data will be loaded during that time.
