The internet connection that serves the PTAGIS data collection platforms at Lower Monumental Dam was out of service between around 3pm, Tuesday, May 19 and 1pm Wednesday, May 27. Service has now been restored and all outstanding data has been loaded and is available through the reporting system.
Data files were manually retrieved on Friday May 22 and Tuesday May 26. PTAGIS was planning to continue manually retrieving files on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule as the internet service provider had missed several estimated times of repair.
PTAGIS is exploring alternate internet connectivity options for Lower Monumental Dam and other Snake River interrogation sites. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
