This site was operated between 1996 and 2000 using 400 kHz and, later, 134.2 kHz non-ISO detection systems. It operated between 2000 and 2002 using a combination of 134.2 kHz ISO and non-ISO detectors. The site was revived in 2010, with four MUXed 134.2 kHz ISO antennas incorporated into the flowspreaders of the Juvenile Fish Bypass Surface Collector.

2010 4/1/2010 6:00 AM 9/1/2010 12:00 AM During the installation and testing period at the newly-configured DSM surface bypass collector, the bypass was operated and PIT-tagged fish released by others were detected (March 5, 16, and 17). Test fish were released into the system on March 16th. The detection system was operated the morning of the 17th and then operation was suspended until April 1, 2010. Monitoring was continuous between April 1 and August 31, 2010.

9/4/2019 2:59:04 PM SiteDown Operations ceased for 2019 on 9/1 at 12:00 AM. Site checking has been disabled.
9/1/2018 12:00:00 AM SiteDown The bypass was shut off until next spring on 8/31/18. I disabled site checking.
3/13/2018 12:00:00 PM SiteUp PIT Tag system was turned on and tested on 3/13. Data PCs were turned on and site checking was turned on. The site was not watered up at this time.
9/7/2017 6:46:42 AM SiteDown The juvenile bypass was shut down until next year at 12:00 am on 9/1/17. The readers and computers were shut down on 9/6/17 at 12:30 pm. I disabled site checking on 9/7/17 at 5:45 am.
7/11/2017 12:26:00 PM General Updated IS1001 and Master Controller firmware to 1.6.2.
2/22/2017 4:32:03 PM SiteUp Data computers were set up and turned on. The bypass is down until March when there will be some testing on the system and the bypass is scheduled to be fully functional on April 1.

3/31/2016 7:03:00 AM SiteUp The bypass is in operation for the season.
3/17/2016 1:50:30 PM SiteUp I turned on the Master Controller and data computers on 3/17/16 at about 12:50 pm. Chelan PUD will be testing the bypass over the next couple of weeks and then turn it on for the season on April 1.
9/1/2015 11:21:36 AM SiteDown The RRJ bypass was dewatered for the season on 9/1/15.
6/24/2015 2:48:00 PM General Installed the Biomark Tag Monitoring App on the data computers to collect the data instead of the Data Collection App.
3/17/2015 8:48:00 AM General Biomark personnel are replacing the existing mux with Master Controller and four IS1001 readers. The antenna IDs will be changed from B3 through B6 to 01 through 04. The Master Controller ID will be B0. The bypass is scheduled to be running full time on April 1.
10/29/2014 5:56:16 PM SiteDown Site was shut down for the year. The last file submitted was RRJ14302.E2.
6/25/2014 2:25:54 PM General Site visit on 6/19/14. I checked the tune on the mux antennas and performed an update on the data computers.
