B2J - Bonneville PH2 Juvenile
Status: Active - OperationalGeneral Operational Period: Seasonally
Start Date: 5/14/1996 8:33 PM
This site monitors the juvenile bypass and sampling facility of the second powerhouse at Bonneville Dam. The site operates seasonally for juvenile outmigration and includes antennas in the full flow bypass flume that is often active before and after the sampling facility each year. Separation by Code is also available to allow researchers to selectively divert PIT-tagged fish to two separate sample tanks for additional sampling.

Good morning all,
Just a heads up: The project just informed me of an upcoming, power outage affecting the SMF (and B2J) on Wednesday, February 28th. The Corp will be doing some switching/line work that day. This type of outage typically begins between 0700-0800 and could potentially last for up to 10 hours.
Please let me or project fisheries know of any concerns and also if there is anything I can do on this end in preparation for this outage.
Thanks, Dean
